An “inukshuk”, is an old Inuit expression which roughly translated means “stone man that points the way.” Inuksuit (that’s the correct plural) are cairns made of stone which were builtimportant spots throughout the barrens to act as markers. They were also erected to prosper herd regular migration heading for where the herds could be more easily chased by the old Inuit hunters.

Human-shaped figures of stone, they are built by the members of Inuit Tribes and occur along Canada’s most northern. They are Inukshuk (should be pronounced In-OOK-Shook), which is an ancient word “in the image of man”

The motto of our real estate Toronto company was chosen to be Guiding you home - the Inuksuit have always were outstanding to real estate in Toronto team. They are great, as the total size is outstanding. The Inukshuk symbolism is wide reaching - they were a beacon to travelers who werelooking for the direction and a safe passage.

Inuksuit can now be spotted in our foregardens, on the shores by their holiday houses, out front of condos, in the boardroom. There are breathtaking pieces of art in all possible shapes & sizes, from little coins to tiny stone statues, to wonderful paintings.
